pExport for PHP MacroTech announces the addition of the PHP version of pExport. This version allows PHP programmers to read/write Calyx Point® files without the use of COM programming. It is intended for use on the internet so that web software can interact directly with Point files (read, write or create). The PHP version is a dramatically scaled down version due to the PHP environment. Since many PHP programs run on Unix/Linux operating systems, many of the utilities included in the COM version aren't available. They can still be used by including the COM version in programming. (The standard COM version is included with the PHP version.) |
